Mobilpower offers various mobile power sources, powered by the power take-off of your commercial vehicle for specialistic work activities on site.

The P.T.O. is an extra switchable gear on the gearbox of a vehicle that can be used to power a power generator, high pressure pump, air compressor or a combination of these with the economical, clean and quiet engine of your commercial vehicle.

With Mobilpower you always have sufficient power for specialistic activities on site, such as cleaning or welding.

PTO High Pressure Pumps

With a vehicle-driven high-pressure pump, the economical, clean and silent motor of your commercial vehicle is used to drive the high-pressure pump. This can be done via the PTO output on the gearbox or via a transfer case and makes a pump trailer unnecessary. The engine speed is automatically adjusted to the set pressure and water flow in order to save fuel as well as space and weight.

PTO Generator

With the Mobilpower PTO generator you no longer need a giant generator for welding on site, for example. The Mobilpower MP20 is the most powerful PTO generator that is easy to install under a commercial vehicle with PTO, such as a Mercedes Benz Sprinter, MAN TGE, VW Crafter from Iveco Daily. The MP20 power generator is liquid cooled and can therefore continuously deliver 20KVA 230V / 400V.

Hybrid

The PTO driven generator, high pressure pump and air compressor can also be used in combination. The Mobilpower generator is then connected to a silent compressor, high-pressure water pump or hydraulic pump. The drives of these combinations can be switched on and off independently of each other with a magnetic coupling and – optionally available – with a control unit that controls the engine of the vehicle and monitors it via CAN communication.

PTO Compressor

The P.T.O. driven vane compressor makes the entrainment of a large trailer for work with compressed air on-site superfluous. This compressor fits under almost any commercial vehicle. In principle, the vane compressor generally has many advantages over a piston and screw compressor. When these advantages are combined with the advantages of the driving method, it becomes the ultimate solution for the user of a mobile compressor.
