Rock Removal from Sewer Mainline! A 10-12lbs solid granite rock, located in an 8-inch clay pipe underneath an active railroad track was suspected to block the sewage flow. Prior to our arrival, the customer had attempted to crack and break the rock by using various nozzle configurations – but all to no avail. In this video, the water jet robot can be seen eliminating various types of obstacles. The water jet robot uses a precise but powerful blast of high pressure water that it aims towards the obstacle in the pipe. The robot can perform inside pipes with a diameter of between 150mm-1000mm. The jet can also go up to 3000 bar (43.500 psi) depending on the module and high pressure unit that is used.
